Jennifer Clapper, MD
Dr. Clapper is an internal medicine physician who practices medicine by placing the patient's needs first. Born and raised in Northeast Ohio, she received her undergraduate degree at John Carroll University and her medical degree from University of Toledo School of Medicine in 2000. She is board-certified in internal medicine and sees patients 16 years and older. She completed her residency at Akron City Hospital and has been working at Ravenna Primary Care in Portage County for the past 18 years. She also received board certification in
Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine in 2011.
She prides herself on truly listening and empathizing with each patient. She does not believe in a one-size fits care. She offers traditional medical treatments as well as integrative medical options, stressing the importance of proper nutrition and nutraceutical supplementation. She has a special interest in both
female and male hormone replacement therapy.
Dr. Clapper lives in Hudson with her husband and three teenage children. She stays busy attending their multiple sporting events including football, wrestling, volleyball and lacrosse.
She is very much looking forward to the next chapter of her life, where she can practice the art of medicine without being subjected to bureaucratic policy. We look forward to a smooth transition for you and your family and we are grateful for the opportunity to care for you and your family for many years to come!
