Now Hiring: Front Desk / Medical Assistant (Full-Time)

We are currently seeking an experienced and friendly Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced, patient-focused team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working in a medical setting. Phlebotomy skills or medical assistant training are preferred but not required.

Position Details:

Full-time position 32-38 hours a week. Four-day work week.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (varies)

Starting pay: $18–$21/hour, based on experience

No weekends or major holidays required
​
Key Responsibilities:
-
Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out

Schedule appointments and manage multi-line phones
-
Collect payments and issue receipts
-
Maintain and organize patient charts
-
Assist with patient flow and support providers
-
Keep exam rooms stocked and clean
-
Perform blood draws (if trained) and support basic lab procedures

Reinforce office protocols and assist with patient education
