Help Us Educate and Inspire

Tenpenny Integrative Medical Center is seeking a creative and self-motivated Social Media Content Creator to help grow our online presence and educate people about integrative healthcare.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, graphic design, video editing, and creating engaging educational content. Candidates must have previous content creation experience and a genuine interest in integrative, functional, natural, or holistic medicine.

Position Details

• Part-time position

• Approximately 10 to 15 hours per week

• Remote work from home position

• Compensation is negotiable based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms

• Design social media graphics using Canva or similar software

• Create and edit reels, short videos, and educational clips

• Write clear, engaging captions that reflect our mission and brand

• Help educate current and prospective patients about our services

• Promote practitioners, treatments, events, webinars, and office announcements

• Create content that highlights integrative medicine and whole-person healthcare

• Assist with developing and maintaining a social media content calendar

• Repurpose existing videos, articles, and educational materials into social media content

• Monitor engagement and recommend ideas to improve reach and interaction

• Stay informed about social media trends and platform changes

• Maintain a professional and consistent healthcare presence

• Communicate with office leadership to ensure information is accurate before publication

• Complete projects independently and meet agreed-upon deadlines

Qualifications

Required

• Previous experience creating social media or digital marketing content

• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills

• Experience creating graphics and short videos

• Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe software, or similar programs

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Reliable internet access and an appropriate home workspace

• Genuine interest in integrative, functional, natural, or holistic medicine

Preferred

• Previous experience creating healthcare or wellness content

• Experience managing business social media accounts

• Basic understanding of social media analytics

• Basic understanding of SEO

• Photography or videography experience

• Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

• Familiarity with healthcare advertising standards and responsible health communication
