This holiday season, Tenpenny Integrative Medical Center invites you to join us in spreading joy, creativity, and kindness through two meaningful opportunities — our Healthy Holidays Coloring Contest and our Holiday Giving Program
in partnership with Rise in Love.
We believe in nurturing both the body and the heart, and these two initiatives bring our community together to do just that — celebrate health, gratitude, and giving.
Healthy Holidays Coloring Contest

Let your little artist shine this season with our Healthy Holidays Coloring Contest!
This fun and family-friendly activity is open to children of all ages and encourages creativity while spreading holiday cheer throughout our office.
How to Participate:
Download and print your coloring page
or pick one up at our front desk.

Have your child color their page however they’d like — it’s all about creativity, not perfection!

On the back of the coloring page, please include the parent or guardian’s name and contact information so we can reach you if your child wins.

Return the completed coloring page to our front desk by
Thursday, December 19th to be entered into the drawing.

Every child who participates will be entered into a random drawing — this is not a judged contest, so every child has an equal chance to win.

The winner will be announced the week of Christmas on our social media pages.

The prize includes a holiday gift basket valued at $175, featuring fun surprises for the child, a Kids Immune Health supplement, and a
$50 gift certificate for Mom or Dad to use toward supplements
or in-office services. -
No purchase is necessary to participate — just join in the fun!

Share the Gift of Giving
While visiting our office to drop off your coloring page, you’ll have the opportunity to help a local child in need through our Holiday Giving Program.
We’ve partnered with Rise in Love, a community organization that helps bring Christmas joy to children and families facing financial hardship. In our waiting room, you’ll find posted names of local children along with a brief description of the gift items they’re hoping for this year.
Simply select a child’s name from the list, purchase the item noted, and return the gift — wrapped and labeled with their name tag — to our office by Friday, December 5, 2025.
Your kindness will make a lasting difference, ensuring a child in our community wakes up to joy and hope on Christmas morning.
Together, we can help make the holidays a little brighter — one act of kindness, one colorful page, and one heartfelt gift at a time.
